Komodo CAM was born out of an idea. Two friends, one a rockstar welder, and the other a robotics nerd put their brains together to build a computerized welder. In less than two months, they had a working prototype. Now we’re making all sorts of shapes and designs. Check our our pictures below to see the latest updates.

About Us:
Scott has over ten years of welding experience. He began in 2010, learning from a shop teacher. After working at a weld shop for a few years, and as a machine design engineer for a few more years, he opened his own, independent fabricating business. In his spare time, you can find him building new gadgets in his shop, or teaching his 2-year-old how to use power tools.
Schuyler is a avid robotics programmer. He has had a passion for all things computer-y since the fifth grade. After completing his undergrad in computer science, he began creating all sorts of programs for his employers. Now he writes ERP software, CAM software, and Windows programs using a multitude of programming languages. In his spare time you can often find him sitting on his porch with a good book and his cat on his lap.
